  • Returns from the regulated portfolio are derived from a combination of below market rental income and trading profits on the sale of the property when vacant and the reversionary gain is crystallised.  Large garden plots provide development opportunities.
  • Life tenancies have a nominal rental income but a higher margin on sale.
  • Acquisition of unbroken blocks of residential properties provide attractive break up opportunities and creation of additional units.

Rustington, West Sussex

Acquisition of 24 newly built flats from LPA Receivers. Creation of additional unit from surplus storage space. All sold to private buyers.

Sevenoaks, Kent

Redevelopment of 22 houses including extensions and then sold on to private buyers.

Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex

Redevelopment of 18 flats purchased from a national charity and sold on to private buyers.

Kent and East Sussex

Planning consent obtained for detached dwellings in gardens of former regulated tenanted properties. Regulated houses refurbished and sold on when vacant.
